We may collate aggregate, and cross reference this information for the purposes of proving demand for and, in future, organising an event. As part of this it may also be used for purposes related to ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of any attendees, organisers and contributors. Our lawful grounds for this processing are our legitimate interests which in this case is the promotion and management of an event, and consent which you may be explicitly asked for as part of the sign up process to the event.

  • Where we are required to do so by law
